What is mindfulness? What is the path to happiness? How do we overcome addictions using mindfulness? And what are some of the key teachings of Buddhism?

Dr Bien has lectured around the world and spent time with the Vietnamese Buddhist monk, Thich Nhat Hahn (or Thay).
